Easter Informality

It looks like it will rain here Easter Sunday, but Monday shall be sunny and warm, 70 degrees, and on that day I will head outside, soak up the warmth, and spend some time looking at the gardens. However, for now, I will have to enjoy the dry warmth of indoors. As promised, below is a more informal setting for Easter day, appropriate for brunch, lunch or dinner. Again, good food tastes good on paper plates, but a nice table setting can start the ooooh’s before the food even makes it to the table……enjoy your family’s and the holiday as we jump into spring!  cheers, charisse
