Is it Spring Yet???

Is it Spring Yet???

"You can't see Canada across lake Erie, but you know it's there.  It's the same with spring.  You have to have faith, especially in Cleveland."  ~Paul Fleischman March madness is in full swing, and that includes not just the ACC basketball tournament, but the weather. High winds and 30 degree temperatures (more than 25 degrees below normal), it is a crazy ride to the change of seasons! Hopefully the winds will push a reluctant spring season into Virginia, and ...Continue reading...

Often we made do with a mix of family pieces or our childhood bedroom furniture until we could afford to purchase a bedroom set or suite. Then it slowly started to change from buying a completely ...Continue reading...

A Little Change is Good.

A Little Change is Good.

The  great room is where I spend most of my time when I am home or not in my corner office in the library. The TV is in here and sits on top of the bookcase /display area and fireplace mantel that runs the entire width of the room.
